To consolidate and enhance my 5 years of experience in software delivery, I completed the Product Management Career Accelerator Course at King’s College London.
The program is structured into three comprehensive modules, each focusing on critical aspects of product management, the tools and methodologies that are essential in today’s dynamic product management landscape.
Throughout the course, these tools were applied to a case study- FilmSlate, an indie film streaming platform, focused on improving its free trial conversion rates.
