- Conducting usability testing.
Product Delivery
- Managing agile product delivery processes (Jira).
- Experience in software testing, raising and tracking bugs in Jira.
- Producing Go-To-Market strategies including product positioning statements, marketing messaging briefs and copy for marketing.
- Launch planning to minimise risk and maximise feature adoption through low-risk soft and beta launches.
Data analytics
- Defining KPIs and product metrics and counter-metrics to monitor feature performance, in-line with the wider product strategy.
- Define and perform A/B and multivariate testing to optimise product features through actionable insights.
Stakeholder Management
- Effective Written and Verbal communication and Presentation skills.
